The Dough

One of the secrets to this Pizza is the dried sourdough. It is an old recipe that has been used for over 100 years and passed down from generation to generation.

The recipe takes its roots from Ancient Rome; more than 2,000 years ago, the Romans developed a light dough rich in water that was crunchy, fluffy and aromatic.

Don't call them Arancini!
